X.        Admission Procedure  

v      Mention the admission test being followed, name and address of the Test Agency and its URL (website). 

Engineering Agriculture Medical Common Entrance Test (EAMCET), As authorized by the state government to conduct the entrance test.

v      Number of seats allotted to different Test Qualified candidates separately [AIEEE/CET (State conducted test/University tests)/Association conducted test] 

75% of the seats will be filled through eamcet counselling by the Director of Technical Education, Government of A.P.

25% of the seats will be filled by the management with 10+2 qualified candidates based on the marks obtained in the prescribed course. 

v      Calendar for admission against management/vacant seats:

-          Last date for request for applications.    According to the time schedule  Given by the APSCHE , Hyderabad.

-          Last date for submission of application.

-          Dates for announcing final results.

-          Release of admission list (main list and waiting list should be announced on the same day)

-          Starting of the Academic session.

-          The waiting list should be activated only on the expiry of date of main list.

-         The policy of refund of the fee, in case of withdrawal, should be clearly notified.  

XI.              Criteria and Weightages  for Admission 

v      Describe each criteria with its respective weightages i.e. Admission Test, marks in qualifying examination etc.

75% of the seats are filled by the Convenor, EAMCET,through centralized counselling based on the rank  obtained by the candidate.

25% of the seats are filled by the management based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination.

      As guide lines framed by government time to time. 

v      Mention the cut-off levels of percentage & percentile scores of the candidates in the admission test for the last three years.    

v     Display marks scored in Test etc. and in aggregate for all candidates who were admitted.

XII.            Application Form  

Common entrance test applications are sold by the government through their own channels & Based on the rank obtained in the entrance test admissions are made through counselling. There is no need to apply for counselling separately.

75% of the seats are filled by EAMCET convener through centralized counseling.

25% of the seats are filled by the management subject to the  guide lines framed by the government time to time.
